We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. For other countries, please email to inquire about shipping conditions before placing an order.
Processing time:
All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping time:
- United States: 30 days
- Canada: 30 days
Please be advised that all international shipments undergoing customs clearance may experience delays. and the length of such delays will depend solely on the customs clearance procedures. KesongTub is not responsible for delays due to customs.
When we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order here under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don’t worry! Once you get the email, the package has already left our warehouse.
Reminder:
To avoid an incorrect address causing the package to be returned, please be sure to fill in the correct address carefully. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address.
